JV Properties is a division of OREL Properties and Consulting Pvt Ltd (“JV Properties”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

The short version: we collect your details solely so that we can contact you about your enquiry. We do not use them for anything else, we do not sell or rent them to anyone, and we treat what you tell us about your property as confidential.

What we collect

We only collect information that you choose to give us through one of our enquiry forms, the enquiry pop-up, or the chat window. That is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Whether you are a landowner, builder, investor or other party
• Your area of interest
• Anything you write in the message field, such as the location or size of your property
• The page you submitted the form from, so we know what you were reading

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity documents, title deeds or passwords through this website. Please do not send them through a web form.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to respond to you. That means calling or emailing you back, preparing the feasibility or valuation assessment you asked for, and continuing the conversation about your property.

We will not:

• Sell, rent or trade your details to anyone
• Pass them to other builders, brokers or third parties for their own marketing
• Add you to unrelated mailing lists or bulk promotional campaigns
• Use your property details for any purpose other than advising you

Confidentiality

What you tell us about your land, your plans and your circumstances is treated as confidential business information. Inside JV Properties it is seen only by the advisory team members who need it in order to help you. If a joint venture progresses to the point where a developer needs to be introduced, we will discuss that with you and seek your agreement first, we will not share your details with a developer behind your back.

Where your information is kept

Enquiries are stored in a secured Google Firebase database and emailed to our advisory team. Access to the database is restricted to a small number of named JV Properties accounts and protected by password authentication; the public cannot read enquiries.

The service providers involved in running this website are:

• Google Firebase, which hosts this website and stores enquiries
• Web3Forms, which delivers enquiry notifications to our email
• Google Maps, which supplies the map embedded on our contact page
• Google Analytics and Google Ads, which tell us how people find and use this website
• Google Tag Manager, which loads the measurement tags listed above

These providers process data on our behalf so the site can function. They are not permitted to use your enquiry for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag on this website. These set cookies and record things like which pages you viewed, how you arrived (for example from a search or an advertisement), roughly where in the world you are, and what device you used. We use this to understand which pages are useful and whether our advertising is working.

This is measurement, not identification. We do not use it to work out who you personally are, and we do not combine it with your enquiry to build a profile of you. Google may use this data in line with its own privacy policy.

If you would rather not be measured, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, block cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private window. Blocking these makes no difference to how the website works for you.

Separately, we store one small flag in your browser to remember that you have already sent us an enquiry, so we do not keep prompting you. It contains no personal information and you can clear it at any time.

The Google Map on our contact page is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies. That part is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are dealing with your matter, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would rather we deleted your details sooner, just ask and we will.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Have anything inaccurate corrected
• Have your details deleted from our records
• Tell us to stop contacting you

Security

This website is served entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Our enquiry database is protected by access rules that block public reads and restrict access to authorised accounts. No system is perfect, but we take looking after your information seriously.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
