Bringing a wealth of experience of more than 25 years in real estate acquisition, development and leasing, David has structured and overseen over 13 Million of Corporate Leasing Transaction throughout his career.
David also been instrumental driving Land Acquisitions and Development of Projects from thought to finish and has driven complete development of 13 Residential Projects.
David is a passionate deal maker at heart and is inspired by structuring innovative and complex corporate business deals and joint ventures.Prior to setting up OREL, David was part of DLF (The Largest Real Estate Developer in India) and Heading the Leasing Portfolio for Southern India Region. David dual role as Key Account Manager for Major Fortune 500 clients, involved him in Commercial Property Deals across all major Indian cities.

David started his Real Estate Career with Southern Investments (South India’s Leading Developer) and as Location Head was responsible for Land acquisitions, Approvals, Construction, Marketing and Compliance and had been instrumental in completing multiple Residential apartment and Villa Projects.
David practiced law in Chennai and in his first Corporate Role rose up to the Position of Head- Legal and handled the regional offices set up in the states of Tamilnadu, Kerala and Karnataka. David is also member of the various bodies of the Legal Fraternity and is a member of the Board of Director of Chrystal Crown and in his free time involved in training and skill development for Rural students. Education: Master’s in Business Administration from University of Madras and Bachelor of Law from Dr.Ambedkar Law University. Post Graduate Tech Diploma from LIBA.

Srinivasan brings a thorough experience in residential marketing, sales and leasing. Srinivasan is a passionate professional and offers an in-depth knowledge in effective marketing of residential properties, lead generation, sales process, deal structuring, supply information, market updates and customer service.

Prior to joining Orel team, Srinivasan was part of corporate developers like Emaar MGF, Hiranandani, Akshaya and Express Infrastructure Pvt Ltd where he is responsible for sales & marketing of residential units in luxurious- landmark projects, premium gated communities and integrated township projects. Handled channel sales and overseas markets like Singapore and Middle east countries. This knowledge and expertise helps in choosing the right marketing strategy for every project, channel marketing and also helps in facilitating the sale transactions successfully.

Srinivasan has done his Master of Business Administration from International Institute of Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Planning & Entrepreneurship in Indian Institute of Planning and Management.

Carylne is responsible for guiding the company's operational strategy to drive performance and oversee operating platforms including Property Data, Technology, and Revenue Management. Carylne also oversees support departments including Human Resources, Training, Capital, Marketing, and Purchasing.
Carylne has varied and blended experience coming from the Tech Sector and has 12 years of Business Development and Pre-Sales Strategy with Top Tech Companies of HCL, Birla soft and Polaris. Carol is a specialist in handling Client Servicing contracts and has worked with Multiple International clients having worked in India and at Client locations in Europe.
At OREL Carylne drives the Technology back bone by Integrating CRM Solutions and Database Management to drive faster and right-fit solutions for clients.
Carylne is a Certified Soft Skill and Behavioral trainer and a Member of the Board of Chrystal Crown Training Carylne is also passionate on Education for underprivileged children and is part of International NGO’s working towards this.
Carol hold an MBA from Symbiosis University and a Master In Public Administration from the University of Madras.

Sudha’ s experience and expertise in office buildings has been through the entire cycles of design and co-ordination of the Project Development and stretches through every aspect of Base Building to finishes and interiors. Sudha has also been part of the Execution and Monitoring of more than 1 million sq.ft of Interior Fit outs for major Tech companies and Commercial Offices.
Sudha is a accredited member of the Council of Architecture. She has obtained her Masters in Building Engineering and Management form School of Planning and Architecture and Architectural Degree from Sathyabama College of Engineering.
Sudha is an avid painter and reader and during her free time helps with Design work for NGO’s and Organizations for social causes.

Judith had started her career in UK and worked in the tech industry focusing on emerging developments. Her work, extended in creating software product applications and solutions during her tenure at AQA Consulting and Pilot Digital Media at Wembley, UK.
At Orel Judith handles the Market Intelligence & Research, Analytic, Strategies and Statutory Compliances. She is involved in creation of software tools and applications which would support the usage of technology in real estate.
Judith has completed her Master’s in Advanced Software Engineering in University Of Leicester, UK and her Bachelor of Engineering at Hindustan University.
Judith also plays a vital role in a Charitable Trust which helps in Providing Education to underprivileged children, Self – Employment for uneducated women and Organizing Medical Camps in rural areas.
